Wine and cocktail bar at the Dahab Paradise hotel on the Blue Hole road, about 1.5 km north of Assala, opened in 2025 and known for its view over the Gulf of Aqaba. Open 13:00–23:00 daily: arrive before sunset and stay for craft cocktails at 200–280 EGP (Ask Dahab, Apr 2026), roughly double Yalla Bar prices. Small, quieter and more upscale than the Lighthouse bars; reservations help at weekends. You need a taxi from Masbat or Mashraba.
