Galuma Magbul Camp

A small Bedouin beach camp in the Ras Abu Galum Protectorate, about 15 km north of Dahab. There is no paved road: arrive on foot or by camel along the coast trail from the Blue Hole (about 1.5 hours), or by boat; a rough 4x4 track also comes in from the Nuweiba side (about 1.5 hours off-road). Guests sleep in simple huts facing the sea, breakfast is included, and the hosts arrange boat and desert trips. The TripAdvisor reviews (5.0/5 from 7) date mostly from May-September 2026. Facilities in the protectorate are basic, so confirm power, water and the price before you set off, and bring cash.
