SSI Freediver beginner course (2.5 days)
A beginner freediving certification at Freedive Dahab, the school Lotta Ericson, a former freediving world-record holder, founded in 2003. It is near Lighthouse Bay on El Fanar Street and became the first SSI freediving instructor-training centre in 2010. The course runs 2.5 days, 09:00–16:00 each day, and aims for a 2–3 minute static breath-hold and freedives of 10–20 m. The price includes the digital manual, SSI digital certification and equipment. Next levels are Advanced Freediver (3 days, EUR 350) and Performance Freediving (4 days, EUR 475). Training weeks start from EUR 300.
